Classes of 2012

I have never been to so many graduations....ever.  I mean there was mine, my sisters, my mother's even, and maybe the random friend.  But so many, over how many weeks?  I was afraid that the images would get stale and boring.  How could I find something new and interesting to shoot each time?  But seeing the sheer excitement of family, friends, and graduates, the final goodbyes to classmates and friends, and the hugs of gratitude to teachers and confidantes each different but the same made shooting this graduation season really fun.  Capturing that moment when completion, relief, confidence, and possibility converge was beautiful.
